The SF Elite Wrestling Club was established by Vittorio Anastasio in 1988 and since 1994 has been a registered 501(c)3 Non-Profit Corporation that is run 100% by volunteers.  The SF Elite Wrestling hosts a high school wrestling club which competes in USA Wrestling Events and a Peninsula Wrestling League.  

The purpose of this organization is: To further the growth of Amateur Wrestling in the San Francisco Bay Area.  To educate and instill in all athletes competing in wrestling activities a dedication to the ideals of sportsmanship, fair play and fellowship.

The SF Elite Wrestling Association rents the mat room from Archbishop Riordan High School and provides secondary insurance through USA Wrestling membership.   The competitive team is mainly geared toward High School and Middle School wrestlers.
